House rules

To ensure the best possible cooperation, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:

  • New patients are requested to register at the front desk. Don’t forget to bring your ID card (or Kids-ID for children), so we can create your patient file.
  • If you have any medical conditions or are taking specific medication, please inform us.
  • If you are pregnant, kindly let us know so we can take the necessary precautions.
  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge for the missed appointment.
  • For any questions or further information, feel free to contact us by email at info@dentalexcellence.be. Please include your name, phone number, and a short description of your question or issue. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Parking is available near the practice for those arriving by car
  • The practice is wheelchair accessible
  • Payment can be made by cash or debit card (Bancontact)
  • A bicycle rack is available right in front of the entrance

How to schedule an appointment

For a general check-up, you can easily make an appointment online via our website with your trusted dentist.

From now on, you can also book online annual check-ups with Dr. Kristel Lochy, Dr. Alex Coman, and Dr. Andi Telegrafi.

For orthodontic check-ups, online booking is also available with Dr. Kristel Lochy.

For all other treatments (outside of annual or orthodontic check-ups), we kindly ask you to contact us by phone or email.

* Please make one appointment per person
* If you are unable to attend, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient on the waiting list and helps you avoid extra charges.

You can reach the guard duty for urgencies on phone n° 0903 39969, you will get transfered to the nearest dentist in your neighbourhood.

The Guard Service General Dentist provides a guard service throughout Flanders. This service is only accessible for urgent cases and therefore only provides emergency treatment.
